The present general terms and conditions of sale ("Terms") apply to all sales of products carried out by:

By placing an order on juwelinaparis.com (the "Site") you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. Any deviation must be agreed in writing. These Terms are subject to change; the version in force at the time of your order applies.


1. Products

All products offered on the Site are described as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. All offers are valid while stocks last.

juwelinaparis.com reserves the right to modify the product range at any time without prior notice.

2. Prices

All prices displayed on the Site are in Euros (€) and include Belgian VAT at the applicable rate. Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are shown separately at checkout before you confirm your order.

We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place the order.

Where a promotional price is shown, the lowest price charged during the 30 days preceding the promotion is displayed, in accordance with the Belgian Omnibus Directive (Act of 8 May 2022 amending the Code of Economic Law).

3. Orders

To place an order, add the products of your choice to your shopping cart and complete the checkout process. Before confirming your order you will be given a clear overview of:

  • the products selected and their unit prices

  • applicable shipping costs and taxes

  • your selected delivery address and payment method

A binding contract is formed when you receive an order confirmation e-mail from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a pricing error, stock shortage, payment failure or suspected fraud. You will be notified promptly and fully refunded if applicable.

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time of ordering. We accept the following payment methods:

Payments are processed securely via [Shopify]. We do not store your full card details. If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed and you will be notified by e-mail.

5. Delivery

We do our utmost to deliver your order within [5] business days after receipt of the order confirmation. The maximum delivery period is 30 days from order confirmation, as required under Article VI.45 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law. If we are unable to meet this deadline, you will be informed immediately and may choose between a revised delivery date or a full refund.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Free shipping is offered on orders to Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg. For customers within & outside the EU, return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to your address or nominated carrier.

6. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a person you designate, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, notify us before the 14-day period expires by:

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us. Products must be returned in their original condition with the hangtag/labels still attached and in their original packaging where possible. We reserve the right to refuse a return or reduce the refund if the product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess its nature and characteristics.

We will refund your payment  including standard shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of their return, whichever is earlier, using the same payment method as your original transaction.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised

  • sealed goods that have been unsealed and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

7. Returns Outside the Withdrawal Period

Outside the 14-day statutory period, we accept returns only where products are defective under the legal guarantee (see Section 8) or where an error has been made in fulfilling your order. Contact us at [contactus@JUWELINAPARIS.COM] to request such a return.

8. Legal Guarantee

Every consumer benefits from a statutory warranty of two (2) years from the date of delivery, in accordance with Belgian law (Code of Economic Law, Arts. 1649bis et seq.) and EU Directive 2019/771 on the sale of goods.

jYou may rely on this legal warranty if the products delivered do not match the requested or ordered product(non-conformity), insofar as you could not establish this non-conformity upon receipt of the product. Please be aware that this warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear & tear or neglect in maintaining the products in accordance with the vendor’s recommendations. 

To make a claim, contact us at [contactus@JUWELINAPARIS.COM] with your order number and a description (and photo if possible) of the defect. 

9. Cancellation of Subscriptions or Ongoing Services

If you have subscribed to any ongoing service or membership on the Site, you may cancel at any time by clicking the "Cancel My Contract" button in your account settings or by contacting us directly. From 19 June 2026, a clearly labelled cancellation button will be available on the Site as required by Belgian and EU law.

10. Liability

juwelinaparis.com is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit, or any damage arising from incorrect use of the products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order in question.

We are not liable for delays or failures beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions or force majeure events, provided we notify you promptly and take reasonable steps to mitigate the impact.

11. Intellectual Property

Juwelina Paris is a registered trade mark. All content on the Site including product photography, copy, logos and design is the property of [DSP Group BV] or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used without our prior written consent. DSP Group BV retains all intellectual property and other related rights with regard to the website. These intellectual property rights include copyrights, trademarks, design rights and/or other rights, including technical and/or commercial know-how, methods and concepts, whether or not patentable. 

12. Privacy and Personal Data

The personal data you provide when placing an order is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at [https://www.juwelinaparis.com/policies/privacy-policy]. We process your data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Belgian Law of 30 July 2018.

13. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at [contactus@JUWELINAPARIS.COM]. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 14 business days.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed exclusively by Belgian law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the courts of  Antwerp, Belgium, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.
