WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
We aim to deliver your order within the number of days* shown for your country or region below, counted from the order date:
- For Belgium and the Netherlands: 2-3 business days.
- For the rest of Europe: 3-6 business days.
- Singapore & the rest of the world: 3-7 business days.
* Saturday, Sunday and Belgian bank holidays do not count as business days. During busy periods, such as the holiday season or the sale period, shipping and delivery may take longer.
If you have not received your order within the number of days shown for your country above, please consult the status of the shipment through the tracking number that you received via email. If you still have questions, do not hesitate to contact us.

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ONLINE ORDER?
Returns & Exchanges will be accepted if you received your order damaged in transit or if you have received the incorrect product. In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product you may return them in exactly the way in which they were received (unworn, with original packaging )After delivery, you have the right to open the parcel and check your purchase. You have 48 hour post delivery, to notify us. Any intimation after this period will not be eligible. Goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging. If the return does not match these terms, we will not be able to exchange or refund your purchase.
Once approved, you have 14 calendar days to return your purchase from the date of delivery. Once you have arranged the return, your parcel must reach us within 7 business days for returns within Europe and 14 business days for returns from the rest of the world.
Shipping Charges?
Shipping fees and free shipping thresholds vary by delivery country and will be indicated on checkout - subject to DHL express tariff rates. We offer free shipping on all orders for Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg.*
