Withdraw from your order
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the EEA or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. Discounted and sale items are included.
Use the form below. It takes two steps: you enter your details, then you confirm. We will email you a confirmation recording exactly what you sent and when, which is your proof that you withdrew in time.
Once you have withdrawn, send the items back to us within 14 days. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used to pay, although we may wait until the piece reaches us or until you show proof that you have sent it back, whichever comes first.
